Born Redditch 29th April 1974, Stacy Coldicott signed as an apprentice in June 1990 followed by professional forms in March 1992. Stacy made his debut in the promotion winning side 1992-93 season. He made 81 full appearances and played 46 times as a substitute, scoring 4 goals. Stacy’s best season was 1995-96 when he made 43 appearances, popular with Manager Alan Buckley he followed him to Grimsby in August 1998 where he made over 200 appearances. Stacy had a loan spell at Cardiff in 1996 and Cambridge in 2006 before finally hanging up his boots in 2007. He has been in the Fire Sevice for the last 10 years, has a business degree and a qualified financial advisor. Stacy is now back living in the town of his birth with his wife Corinne. He has 2 daughters Alex & Georgie and a son Eddie. He made his Former Players debut on the Fanzone stage versus Bournemouth meeting up with old friends Wayne Fereday & Derek Monaghan.
The West Bromwich Albion Former Players Association was founded in 2003. The Association started following a conversation between two former players Brendon Batson MBE, then Managing Director of West Bromwich Albion and Graham Williams, captain of the 1968 Cup Winning Team.
